CHULETA VALLUNA

During the last few days we spent in Medellín we visited the well know Leños & Carbón, located in the El Tesoro shopping mall. We ordered a chuleta valluna (breaded pork cutlet) and a punta de anca (top sirloin) which were served with rice, potatoes and cassava. As for drinks, we ordered a coconut limeade and the house margarita, which totally blew me away.
