Neighbor Feud Ends In Mental Hospital

Judy Kline is the woman caught on a viral Ring camera video harassing a Hispanic family more than two years ago. The family of Fatima Suarez reported multiple incidents of Kline’s harassment to the police over the course of a year. Kline, who had lived in the home decades earlier, mistakenly believed her family still owned the property. The Ring footage shows Kline using a hammer to smash the family’s front door, and prior to this, she had allegedly broken in through the back door while Suarez’s father and four-year-old sister were at home.
