US: Scooter Rider Falls in Deep Road Puddle.

Filmer Матвей captured the following footage. An electric scooter rider travels down a wet residential street and attempts to cross a large, deep puddle. The rider loses balance upon entering the water and falls over. After splashing into the puddle, the individual stands up, retrieves the scooter, and walks it to the edge of the flooded area.
