US, Los Angeles: Calimesa Shore Fire Burns 2050 Acres Overnight.

Los Angeles, United States - June 15, 2026 06/15/2026 03:25 pm GMT-0700 CALIMESA, Calif. – The "Shore Fire" continues to burn along the 60 Freeway near Calimesa in Riverside County. The fire has grown to approximately 2,000 acres and is still active as firefighters battle it through the night from both the ground and the air. The California Highway Patrol and Caltrans have closed the westbound lanes of the 60 and 10 Freeways in response to the fire, as firefighting efforts continue.
