Pāhoa, United States - August 15, 2026 Tropical Storm Lala toppled trees and power lines across Hawaii, knocking out electricity to about 200,000 residents statewide, and record rainfall triggered landslides and flash flooding that washed out roads and swept at least one home off its foundation.
