BROWN BEAR EATING FOOD ON PICNIC TABLE BY RIVER TUNCELI, TÜRKİYE - JUNE 14, 2026: A brown bear was captured on video eating food left on a picnic table in eastern Türkiye, offering a rare glimpse of the animal wandering into a recreational area. The bear was seen calmly helping itself to the food before leaving the area. The incident took place in the Halvori Springs area of Munzur Valley National Park in Tunceli province on Sunday, June 14. Dilan Comert and her friends were having a picnic when they noticed the bear approaching their group. The visitors moved away from the area as the animal came closer. The video showed the bear climbing onto a picnic table and eating the food as the group watched from a safe distance.
