Syria: War Remnants Destroyed in Northeastern Syria.

Al Hasakah, Syria - July 28, 2026 Explosions heard between Tel Tamr and Serê Kaniyê were caused by landmine and unexploded ordnance clearance operations, according to local sources. War remnants removed from the area were reportedly destroyed in controlled detonations as part of efforts to clear the route and prepare for the possible return of displaced residents of Serê Kaniyê.
