The agreement covers cooperation in diplomatic studies and diplomatic training as part of efforts to strengthen institutional collaboration between the two countries. Following the signing, al-Shaibani and Al Khulaifi held bilateral talks focused on expanding economic and political ties across multiple sectors. The ministers also discussed strategies to improve coordination on regional issues of mutual interest and further develop diplomatic relations between Syria and Qatar.
