Saudi Arabia - January 01, 2025 Middle East - The United States Central Command submitted a report of an unidentified anomalous phenomenon to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office consisting of 1 minute and 39 seconds of video recorded by an electro-optical and infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform in 2025. In the footage, the sensor tracks an area of contrast from left to right across the background, keeping it generally centered within the frame.
