Peabo Bryson dead at 75.

A rep confirmed to Billboard that the Grammy-winning singer of legendary love songs passed away on Tuesday. Bryson had suffered a stroke over the weekend and was under medical care. "With broken hearts and profound sadness, the family of two-time Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter and balladeer Peabo Bryson announces his passing," a statement from Bryson's family reads. "He transitioned peacefully at 5 pm ET on the evening of Tuesday, 2 June, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family and those closest to him."
