Lebanon: IDF Says Tank Fire Killed Hezbollah Observer in Southern Lebanon.

Lebanon - May 13, 2026 Israeli Brigade 401 combat team forces, operating under Division 146, continued activity south of the forward defensive line in southern Lebanon to dismantle Hezbollah infrastructure. During the operation, troops identified a Hezbollah fighter using surveillance equipment to monitor Israeli forces. The IDF said the suspect was killed shortly afterward by tank fire.
