Lebanon: IDF Says Hezbollah Drone Operator Killed in Southern Lebanon.

Lebanon - May 27, 2026 The Israeli military said an air force aircraft detected an unmanned aerial vehicle in southern Lebanon that posed a threat to Israeli troops operating in the area. After the drone landed, a Hezbollah fighter reportedly arrived to retrieve it. The IDF said the air force then struck and killed the operative as part of a rapid response to the threat.
