The investigation focused on activity at the Pardes Dakah compound in Tel Aviv, where suspects allegedly intimidated contractors, forced paid services in construction, infrastructure and security, and laundered millions of shekels through front companies. Authorities said cash, vehicles, assets and airsoft weapons were seized during searches in Jaffa and southern Israel.
