Qeshm, Iran - July 12, 2026 Several explosions were reported in the Iranian city of Bandar Abbas and Qeshm Island on Sunday afternoon, local media reported. Residents heard multiple blasts and Qeshm governor Houssein Amir Timouri said between 10 and 11 projectiles hit the island. He said the targets were military sites and that no casualties were recorded.
