India: Cyclist falls into open manhole in Bengaluru.

Bengaluru, India - August 12, 2026 CCTV footage has emerged showing a cyclist falling into an open, uncovered, and old drainage manhole pit on Holiday Village Road in Bengaluru's Talaghattapura ward. Locals immediately rushed to the scene, pulled the injured cyclist out, and took him to the hospital. The cyclist fell into the open drain/pit after losing his balance; bystanders promptly assisted and transported the injured man to a local hospital.
