France: Young Protesters March Through Grenoble During Nationwide French Student Mobilization.

Grenoble, France - October 06, 2026 A large crowd of young protesters took to the streets of central Grenoble on October 6 during the latest nationwide student mobilization in France. The demonstrators marched through the city carrying Palestinian flags, purple banners and placards, while chants were heard during the protest. The mobilization is part of a nationwide movement led by lycée students, who are demanding more teachers, smaller class sizes and improvements to education. The protest in Grenoble also featured demonstrations against the National Rally, or RN, with tensions reported during protests in several parts of France.
