Storyline 29 countries sign agreement on establishing World AI Cooperation Organization Twenty-nine countries have signed an agreement in Shanghai to establish the World Artificial Intelligence Cooperation Organization. China, Kazakhstan, Laos, Pakistan, Russia and Indonesia are among the founding members. UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres was also present at the signing ceremony. The Organization will be headquartered in Shanghai as an independent, international intergovernmental organization. It aims to advance international cooperation and global governance on artificial intelligence, promoting AI's healthy and orderly development to benefit all humanity.
