Shusha, Azerbaijan - July 13, 2026 Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated that the 4th Shusha Global Media Forum aims to strengthen dialogue among media outlets from different countries, promote international cooperation, and discuss the role of journalism in promoting peace, combating disinformation, and rebuilding public trust. The forum is being held on July 13 and 14 in the city of Shusha, with the participation of representatives from dozens of countries. During the forum's opening, Aliyev noted that the exchange of experiences among journalists, editors, media executives, and international experts is key to addressing the challenges of the current information environment and strengthening cooperation among media organizations.
