Charisma and Darkness
Jan 28, 2026
Ted Bundy was a seemingly normal, even charming, law student who secretly became one of America’s most notorious serial killers, targeting young women across several states in the 1970s. He approached victims in public—often faking an injury—then kidnapped, assaulted, and murdered them, with at least 30 killings linked to him, though the real number is likely higher. After a series of arrests and two dramatic escapes, he was finally convicted in Florida for the Chi Omega sorority murders and the killing of 12‑year‑old Kimberly Leach, then executed in the electric chair in 1989.
