Let's make vegan mozzarella sticks

Start with a batch of vegan mozzarella from the last video and slice it into eight slices

Make a batter with flour, salt, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, baking powder, white pepper, and water

Separately mix up panko breadcrumbs with basil, oregano, and thyme. Coat each stick of mozzarella with flour, then with the batter, and then with the breadcrumbs

Fry in oil for two to three minutes per side, then drain on paper towels. Enjoy
