Why training muscles that don't really help you jump higher can actually help you to jump higher

Understand that if you got injured, you've now just messed up your training. And if you don't

know how to progress back, that's a lot of time you could have spent improving, but now you're stuck or you're just getting worse. So if you have horribly weak at doctors, let's say, yes

that won't really change how high you jump. But if you're playing a sport or doing movements that put a lot of stress on it and it can't handle it, it can get strained or injured. And if it does

happen, you can't jump anymore, you can't do lunges and your training is affected. Your vertical

might stay the same or it'll drop if you don't know how to adapt your training. This actually

happened to me but luckily I was able to figure out how to still train very hard and very well
