You guys already know, Saturdays are for the bounce. And earlier this week, I hit a pretty crazy feat while I was lifting

I hit a squat double of 423 pounds and I moved it well

I wanted to keep going and I was like, you know what, let's stop. Let's focus on Saturday because that's your big lift day

and I set a goal. My goal today is over 400 pounds for five reps. Never done it before

I barely go over 400 pounds. My max is 425. I thought it was 420, but it's actually 425

I said I had a squat max for a double and when you do the one rep max calculator it does come out to
