just wanted to share a quick Sunday session that I have with you guys. But before we get started, make sure you guys like and subscribe

When the channel hits 50K, I'm giving away a free vertical leap program
0:42
All right, today's session, I wanted to focus on 10 foot 4 inch rim vertical dunks
0:49
I wanted to just see where I was at because one of my goals in life is to compete in a dunk contest and only do vertical dunks
1:00
I tried to use the big rim to kind of push myself and see where I was at
1:04
We're struggling a little bit with some of the more challenging dunks
1:09
With the 10-4 rim, mind you, I'm 6'3 foot 3. So this is like somebody being under 6-foot dunking on NBA regulation
1:19
So it is definitely a very challenging thing to do. Dunks weren't going down
1:25
So what I did was I lowered it back to 9 feet, 10 inches, which is professional dunker standard
1:32
And I just wanted to see where I was at with it and just got a couple dunks
1:36
I think I hit Windmill, East Bay, and a near miss with the J. Rich East Bay Offert
1:45
So I know I have the strength to hit the big dunks
1:49
when a contest is you know when we able to compete in contest So now I just want to keep you know pushing myself on 10 4 becoming the best dunker that I possibly can beat
2:14
This right here is one that I've gotten on 9 feet 9. I want to bring this to 10
2:19
This is the reverse 360. behind the back. Super challenging, but definitely doable. So after this, I decided to go back up to
2:29
10-4 and work on the backflow dump. Now mind you, I haven't done this since my last knee surgery
2:37
So I was kind of nervous doing it. I got it there. It just wasn't clean. In order to have it
2:43
contest ready, I got to make sure I punch it and, you know, get really good, you know, ground reaction time and just really get
2:51
get off the ground and explode pain. I'm going to go get that
3:21
There it is the backflip dunk on 10 feet 4 inches
3:40
I was super hyped when I finally got it. Took more temps than I wanted, but hey, that's part of the process
3:46
