Ingredients: 2 lbs flank or skirt steak 1/3 cup olive oil 1/4 cup orange juice 1/4 cup lime juice 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional) Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Prepare Marinade: In a large bowl, mix olive oil, orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Marinate Steak: Place steak in a resealable bag or dish, pour marinade over it, and ensure the meat is coated. Marinate for 2-4 hours (or overnight for maximum flavor). Grill to Perfection: Preheat a grill or grill pan to high heat. Cook steak for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness and desired doneness.
