I feel that the WHI study was poorly designed and I have always felt that Premarin, created from horse urine (my blog post on this: https://lindemannmd.com/is-hormone-thera…der-in-menopause/), was a poor choice for hormone replacement. Recent studies, however, show benefit to natural hormone replacement in menopausal women.
