🌡️ Fever: Your Body’s Natural Defense 🌡️
Dr. Alan Lindemann (Rural Doc Alan) explains:
💡 Fever isn’t the enemy—it’s protection.
A fever is your body’s natural way of fighting off viruses and bacteria. It signals that your immune system is doing its job.
🔥 When to worry:
Fever over 104°F → time to take Tylenol to reduce it.
Fever above 105–106°F for a prolonged time → can start damaging cells and interfering with normal body function.
✅ For most mild fevers (101–102°F), your body is simply defending itself.
💬 “Remember, the fever isn’t the problem—it’s the body’s way of fighting one.”
