🎥 Fetal Distress: What It Means & How to Respond
Labor is unpredictable, and fetal distress can sometimes happen when a baby isn’t coping well with contractions.
💡 Key Signs of Fetal Distress:
✔️ Abnormal fetal heart rate (too fast, too slow, or erratic)
✔️ Lack of movement or noticeable changes
✔️ Meconium-stained amniotic fluid
🚨 What Causes It?
Excessive contractions (hyperstimulation) can sometimes stress the baby, making continuous monitoring essential. Your medical team should intervene if necessary.
