Marinated chicken thigh on toasted toast

Recently I ate a nice sandwich in a restaurant and thought wow that's a good idea to make this at home. Of course I didn't have a recipe so I just started "free-wheeling" at home. Of course I had taken a picture of my lunch so I had an idea what to put on the sandwich. But otherwise this marinated chicken thigh on toast has become its own version.
