Orange above Long live the pumpkin soup

Pumpkins are still available in the supermarket and remain a delicious vegetable to use in dishes. This time I chose to use pumpkin as the main ingredient for a delicious orange soup, made almost exclusively from orange vegetables that I first grilled in the oven. The pumpkin I used for this was leftovers from a butternut squash that I had previously used to make pumpkin steaks. It's so easy to turn leftover pumpkin pieces into a tasty soup.
