You’re right in the middle of it, and the caloric intake is at its lowest, just around 750, with only a package of “astronaut soup” for your final meal of the day. Especially at night, lying in bed while listening to your stomach growling. But again, I’ll reiterate that these are all psychological tricks. The discomfort from actual hunger is minimal, honestly. In fact, I focus on that fact to make the evil fairy tale food demons disappear from my thoughts. And once Day 3 is behind you, it’s comforting to know that you’ve crossed the halfway point.
