ProLon Fasting Mimicking Diet - Day FOUR!
On the penultimate day of this wild and weird journey, I find myself a bit tired, probably due to overexertion on Day 3. But I feel good, alert, and healthy. Obviously I’m not going to quit now! Day 4 allows a bit more food than Days 3 and 5, but still quite limited caloric intake, maybe around 800 calories, which is WAY less than my normal 2,500 or so. As for the inflammation in my right foot, it’s feeling better and I’m hopeful that the effects will last long after the diet ends.
