alarm goes off or it's about ready to go

off And you know sometimes for me this

even happens middle of the night I

didn't really sleep well throughout that

night I'm thinking like oh you know the

turn off my alarm clock and then I end

up sleeping in I talked myself in the

middle of the night to doing that and to

not getting up and doing the exercise I

needed It that was a mental roadblock

that came that stopped me from doing

what I needed to do So there's mental

barriers that we can have Sometimes it's

our limiting beliefs that you know I

some people might say I'm just not the

type to be fit you know just not about

me just not in my genes just not in my

genetic So they kind of say you know

they sort of this self-fulfilling

prophecy that it's not about them to be

fit My parents weren't active I'm not

active It's just the way that I'm built

It's just the way that I am They might

have a fear of failure that they're held

back by the fear of failure You know the

idea of starting a fitness journey or

learning something new you know not

succeeding can sometimes be paralyzing

So instead of ever embarking on the

journey they never start in the first

place because then there's no fear of

failure If you never start then how do

eating is not just about hunger It's

about comfort It's about stress relief

something that's not right So you start

Maybe some of you have the sort of all

or nothing thinking kind of like you

pushed before Surround yourself with

supportive I've recently started a boot

camp class and one of the classes starts

for me that's hard That means I need to

the support I get the camaraderie I get

when I'm there And after I've done that

understand these things but but what we

need to really understand is this

need to find the ways to overcome those

So that's why my challenge for you today
