Introduction

Ingredients
1 cucumber (peeled if desired)
2 celery stalks
1 green apple (core removed)
1 handful of spinach or kale
1/2 lemon (peeled)
1-inch piece of ginger (optional)
1 cup of water (or coconut water for extra flavor)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
Chop the cucumber, celery, apple, and ginger into small pieces to fit into your juicer or blender.
