Mat Pilates with PROPS
Roll out your mats .... grab light hand weights or a couple of food tins and either a small Pilates ball or cushion then come and join me on your mat. When we use small props we can add challenge, core engagement and fun to our workout. Think of the props as adding spice to the traditional mat Pilates exercises. Listen to my cues, work at your own pace and remember to breath. Throughout the routine we will be finding a deep connection with our core to build strength , control and stability. Rest if you need to, add more reps if you can!
