Let's focus for 20 minutes on moving your whole body as we enjoy challenging and moving our bodies together. This at home, Pilates workout will have you feeling stronger, energized and leave you with a wonderful post workout glow! This a challenging workout but it can be done anywhere, anytime and will get easier overtime.
