THESE Plank Variations Will Challenge YOU!

I explain at the beginning of this workout the misconception people often have about planks: that they are good for strengthening your abdominals.
Whilst that is not untrue, it hugely over simplifies the exercise.
When executed correctly, planks are challenging.
We are recruiting so many muscle groups when we plank correctly.
It’s a full body exercise & one I love to incorporate into my classes and my own workouts.
In this workout we will be enjoying many variations of the ‘plank’.
They all require core control, stability, and for you to focus on your breathing, whilst moving mindfully.
I could 💯 feel the work I had put in once I finished filming & I know you will to.
As always listen to your body. Do what feels right. More reps isn’t always the right answer, moving correctly and with control IS always the right answer and if that means doing less reps, go with less reps.
