10 exercises. It’s a pyramid workout with the numbers of reps for each exercise decreasing.
It will take you a matter of minutes to complete, and then you can repeat it as many times as your day & energy levels will allow.
It’s a quick and effective workout if you are short on time.
It’s a fantastic workout if you want to challenge yourself.
