Together, let’s enjoy a series of simple, effective exercises primarily focused on building strength to stabilise the hip joint and activate your glutes. It wouldn’t be a Pilates based workout if we didn’t work on finding stability and control as we activate our core. Listen to my cues, focus on slow, controlled precise breathing, and together we can get stronger. I really enjoyed this workout.
