Pilates Band Full Body Workout

I really enjoyed filming this workout and felt at the end that it had been a challenging full body workout. Using the band requires you to deeply engage your core to stabilize and maintain your posture. Itβs tough, itβs challenging & fun, a great combination.

If you enjoy a workout that really requires you to focus your mind and connect with your body then this is the workout for you.
At any point you can put the band down and continue doing the exercises without it. Itβs important to listen to my verbal cues and watch my posture to check how to position yourself.
