These stretches are ideal for anyone Runners or Non-Runners. Your hamstrings and glutes will enjoy being lengthened and released.
Sometimes we can struggle with lower back pain and it may be as result of tightness in these areas.
Often itโs difficult to find the time to stretch or when do we are not sure what to do. Let me inspire you.
