Alright, I just want to show you real quick how you can use these labels yourself
0:04
So first of all, I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to download one of them here. You'll see the downloads happening
0:09
The other thing you can do is here you can go ahead and actually get whatever labels
0:13
you need to from Amazon. These are those two inch labels that I use
0:18
These ones are matte, specifically they have a matte finish. If you want the glossy finish, then you can also just search for them here on Amazon
0:29
The matte ones have worked well, I'm about to test out the glossy ones myself. Anyway back to here, I went ahead and I downloaded that
0:35
So if I open my downloads, it's just a Word document. Alright and there it is
0:41
So I've already got something written in here obviously, but you can easily replace it
0:47
So I just double click and then I can type in whatever I want this to be
0:51
So let's just say that this is, we're going to call it fruit jelly
0:55
So you can just type in whatever you want. Once I do that once, I'm going to highlight it and I'm going to copy
1:00
You can hit control or on a Mac command and the letter C, that's going to copy
1:05
And I can just come over to the next one, double click it and then highlight it all
1:11
and hit control or command and the letter V and it's just going to paste it there
1:17
And I can do that and I can fill in whatever text I want to. If you want the text a little bigger because you're not going to have as much text as I
1:23
did, then obviously in Word I can go ahead and just size up the text
1:28
You can change it to a different font if you want. If you like something else a little bit different, that's just fine
1:34
Also if you're going to have the same date on all of these jars, I could go ahead and
1:40
put in the month and the year here, 8-23. And I might also go ahead and make that a little bit bigger
1:47
Just do whatever you want to and make it look however you want it to look
1:50
I usually leave the date blank because oftentimes I'll print out full sheets of 12 and I'll
1:56
just print out multiple of it and I'll have not the exact number I need
2:01
And that's fine. I'll just print out a little bit more than I need and then next time I can, I will use
2:06
the rest of the sheet. However, if you have 12 or more jars that you're going to do, you could go ahead and
2:12
just fill it out all the way. Then you just go ahead and print it on those labels that I showed you and you're done
