Ingredients:
Eggs – 2-3
Butter – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 2 cloves (finely chopped or minced)
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – to taste
Red chili flakes (optional) – a pinch
Fresh parsley or coriander (optional) – finely chopped
Instructions:
Prepare the Pan:
Heat a non-stick or stainless-steel pan over medium heat.
Add butter and let it melt.
Cook the Garlic:
Add the minced garlic to the melted butter.
Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and slightly golden. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
