Exciting House Updates: Revealing the Kids' New Rooms!

Good morning! Today's an exciting day. I've got the little ones with me and today's the

first day they're gonna get to see their new rooms. Who's excited? Me! Yes! BT-dubs, we're

still moving in so the house is wrecked. Don't judge. But kiddos, let's go check out your

new room! Okay Avery, your room's on the left right here. Can you believe it? Avery, do

you notice the walls are white now? Remember how they used to be brown in here? I did not

notice that. You did not notice that? That's okay, I figured you wouldn't. It also has

weird wallpaper that we need to get rid of. It's strings, watch. Me and my sister used

to play with these when I was little. Alright, Aura and Aurora's turn. Let's go check out

their rooms. Aura's gonna go up, Aurora's gonna go to the bottom. Yeah, you've got toys

do you see those? Yeah, they've got puzzles in here. We've got Levi and Aaliyah's room

next. Peep the white walls. Remember how ugly this room was? Ugh, these stairs leading to

the basement? They were gross. Oh, look at this ring. Sorry. What do you think of the

tour room? Biggest space in the house just for you guys. Up next we've got Aaliyah's

room. My mom's jewelry, you get to go through it and decide what you want. She's smiling

so big. Levi already took a sneak peek at his room. I know, bubby, you've got absolutely

nothing. We're gonna have the hardest time setting up your room just because I think

I want to get all new stuff for him. Our idea isn't working out. He said he wants your old

stuff. Oh, you do? Well, I can give you some of mine and then we'll get new stuff for you

as well, yeah? You want my playmons? Yeah, I'll put them in here if you want them. That's

cute. That is cute. I love that. Can you believe it, kids? We have a whole huge house

now. Yeah! They're wild. I'm glad they're excited though. Especially because of the

party because we had to be so quiet that now they can just be in this room. Enjoy, kiddos

You can be as loud as you want down here. Maybe not that loud. I take that back. Just

have fun down here. Do you guys hear that? It's silent. I haven't been in a house with

these five little ones and heard silence, heard nothing I should say, in so long. I

think it's time I give you guys an update on all the updates we've done to this place

As you've already seen, we've painted the majority of the rooms white now and that has

changed the vibe of this place dramatically. I mean, look at this place. It looks so much

brighter, babe. Do you miss your blue wall? No. It looks good, huh? It looks amazing

Wow. I love it. Also, babe, the bookshelves, they're gone. Finally. Now they're paying

off the checklist. These bookshelves. No, they're getting rid of them. Yeah, yeah. Okay

I was going to say that. Tomorrow. Taking those off really brightened up this room as well. But I feel like it made the fireplace pop more. I like it more now. I didn't realize

too how good the fireplace looks with the wood floors. Matches very well. I think the

bookshelves were just too much of a attention grabber. It took space. Yeah, they took too

much space, grabbed a little too much attention, so now I feel like the fireplace really shines

Time for Addy's favorite update, though. The laundry room. The green room is no longer

green. The green, what I call the green room. The green room? I still don't, it's not that

green. You know what's funny? In person, I couldn't tell it was green, but when I rewatched

that video, it totally was. It was like a ugly green. And if you look at these floors

and they're like yellow-green, which just made it even more green. Yeah, see, this looks

like cream in real life, but no, and the camera picks up all the green. I wonder if my vision

and your vision are just a little off, that you can see. Yours is off. The camera's version

of it. Yeah, maybe. Okay, your vision's off, my smell's off. Yeah, bathroom doesn't look

too different. I think all the yellow's from the cabinet or the, sorry, the counter, the

cabinets, and the backsplash in the shower still make it really yellow in here, but either

way, we're working on it. Step by step, we're working on it. Yeah, I think that's the same

with in here, though. It does definitely look better, but so many gross colors and stuff

We just need to update them. We just need to update. It's gonna look so good, though. I see the vision better now than ever. And now the last biggest update is painting this

room as well. Our room, and honestly, I wasn't too against the blue, but now that it's gone

I like it. You weren't against it? No, it wasn't terrible, but look, look at my bedding

I love the color blue. That blue is way different than the blue on the wall. Yeah, it was like

this colored blue in here, which, truthfully, I still don't think looks too bad. Not something

I want to keep forever, but it's pretty cool that I get to experience a blue bathtub. I

didn't realize how much closet space we actually have. When I saw this room, I always thought

these seemed smaller than they actually are. Now that I've got my clothes up here, I've

got too much space. What do you think? I don't have enough space. I had to get rid of clothes

Wow, though. Everything fits pretty well. No, I had to get rid of things. Oh, no. Okay

sorry. I've got a little spot for you right here, babe, if you want to... I know. And

look, I've got extra hanger spots. No, it's fine. I got rid of... I have so many heels
