Alright guys, it's Saturday
0:10
It's almost midnight. I'm going to drink some green tea and do some cardio
0:13
I'm about 500 calories over already and had a really busy day
0:19
Didn't get any cardio in so you know, not super sleepy so going to get it in
0:27
Going to chug this green tea down because if I take some pre-workout I'm never going to sleep
0:31
So give me a little bit of some energy but it won't keep me up at all
0:36
So put this bad boy down and then head to the gym and do some cardio
0:42
Alright guys, six weeks out. It's midnight so let me zoom in here so you can see
0:50
Look at that, 1221. Super late on a Saturday night. I didn't get my cardio in this morning
0:57
I was pretty busy but no excuses, right? So I was pretty motivated to make this video after I had a viewer and a subscriber told
1:08
me that ever since I started my channel he's lost about 10 pounds
1:14
Went from I think 212 down to 202 within just a month
1:20
So doing the same program that I'm on, same workout program, same cardio
1:25
Not sure about his diet, we didn't get that far in so you know who you are
1:30
So shout out to my boy there. That's the reason why I started this channel guys
1:36
That's really motivating. So for a special week 6 what I'm going to do is show you guys two ideas on how to do
1:43
HIIT cardio that will help you get rid of that stubborn fat. You're going to need that as you get closer to contests and you want to burn that stubborn
1:53
fat and get extra lean. So without further ado the first thing is the stair masters
1:58
So 10 minutes is all you need. Here's what you do. So you hit intervals, go to enter and then put in your weight
2:10
So I'm about 164 right now and working rate, what I do is I try to put the highest one possible
2:21
I always forget what it is so I always put in 180 and then it will automatically readjust
2:27
to 162 and then rest I'll just do 40. And then for duration don't do anything longer than 10 minutes because it will go 50%
2:37
So if you notice there, so you do 40 seconds on and 40 seconds off and that 40 seconds
2:43
on is like sprinting upstairs. So you don't want to be doing anything longer than 40 seconds
2:49
It gets pretty hard so I try to go hands free without using the rail here first but then
2:56
you know I get pretty tired because it's pretty tough so then eventually I'll have to hold
3:02
the rail just to be able to survive. So without further ado I'm going to set the camera down and give you guys a better view
3:09
of me doing this. Just kind of a prime example and then we'll move on to the next one
4:05
So pretty much guys try that out do that for 10 minutes I guarantee it will kick your ass
4:21
Alright guys for the next one is the elliptical and what I like to do with this with the HIIT
4:27
is do 20 minute HIIT. So basically first put your resistance up to 10 and then change it to stride per minute
4:36
and pretty much what I do is do 40 seconds as your resting pace and then 20 seconds as
4:44
your working pace and you want to go as hard and as fast as you can
4:49
So my goal every time when I'm doing the HIIT cardio is try to get the stride per minute
4:54
as close to 300 as possible if not over and usually I'm at about 270-280 and I try to
5:02
go as fast as I can and you'll probably get a lot of weird looks from people in the gym
5:06
when you start going ham on the elliptical. Let's see how fast I can get it with the camera without it getting too shaky for me
5:18
I'm about to break this machine at 276 with both hands it will be a lot easier
5:24
So do that for 20 seconds rest 40 seconds and repeat for 20 minutes and I guarantee
5:31
you it's going to kick your ass, help you sweat and help you burn that stubborn fat
5:36
Alright guys give it a try let me know what you think
