Welcome back to my channel guys, it's your girl Coco Styles and on this channel we talk
0:13
about beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and styling. So I'm sitting in a robe today because we're going to go through some of my beauty products
0:22
So this is me re-upping on my beauty products if that makes sense
0:28
I did get something new that I had a sample of maybe a month ago and I finally got around
0:39
to get it the other day because I was outside super early going to Pilates class
0:43
I got some stuff from Sephora so it'll be like a quick little Sephora haul and a Target
0:48
haul and guys something that I needed to replace and I'll tell you guys a story about that
0:54
when I get to that product. But my Target stuff and this is not a ton from Target but just stuff that I needed to
1:05
replace all together. Now some of the stuff in this bag I don't even know if I'm going to show you
1:11
I don't know maybe I should. Alright let's get into like things for like my, this is so much junk, makeup stuff
1:22
So for the girls who do makeup you guys already know, cleaning your brushes, I don't have
1:26
to go through that whole spiel. I'm not a makeup guru. I don't have every single brush in the world
1:33
I just use what I need to use to get the little bit of makeup that I use on
1:38
And I needed to replace my Real Techniques brush. The last one I had for a while and it was just time to replace it
1:48
So it does look a little bit different from the first version that I had and this is what
1:52
I'm going to use for my foundation. I've always used this for my foundation
1:56
I use a very small amount of foundation. That's because I feel like we don't need a ton of it
2:02
You only need a little bit just to like spread it all over. Now as far as the price, let me see how much this brush was
2:10
And y'all know I got some old lady eyes so. So Target is charging $12.99
2:20
Wait which one is $12.99? It might be that one. Yeah that's $12.99
2:27
Cause I got a couple of things from Real Techniques
2:37
Oh no. Actually this was $8.99. This was $8.99 so that's the brush that I got
2:46
And I also picked up some more Beauty Blenders. Now I don't know if you guys are still using these but I still do
2:53
I usually wash them but recently I cleaned them so well that I started picking them apart
2:59
So I said let me get some more of these. These are affordable
3:03
If you guys have already seen these before. This was $6.99. Okay I see what was $12.99
3:12
So I got that and then I also picked up this which is new because I didn't have one of
3:17
these before. And this is the, it's like a powder puff. I have a powder puff but this one is shaped a little different
3:28
And I might do a little bit better with this shape of a powder puff as opposed to the one
3:34
that I have. And it comes with a little case at the bottom. You guys can't even see cause it's so bright
3:39
So it's a 2-in-1 powder puff travel case. So that's the travel case at the bottom
3:44
And it looks like the travel case does have a mirror in it. Let's open that up
3:48
Um, I can't even get it open. Let me see. Can I just
3:58
Yeah it's kind of like. Okay, let's show you guys
4:08
So this is the puff itself. Two different sides. So it runs like a smooth, very, and it's just like very, very smooth
4:18
The orange side, you can't even see the color. And then it has the case
4:26
And the case comes with a mirror. Okay. So that's dope. So if you don't have one of these, I'm just going to stick it inside of there
4:41
And it fits perfect. So. It fits perfect if I was traveling
4:49
And that was, I think that was $8.99. $6.99. Yeah. Alright, so let's get into
4:57
So all of those are real tech things. Actually, let me open up these as well
5:02
This is, this haul is kind of all over. So I'll just open up a lot easier
5:08
I'll open them and I can try to see others. Simple brush
5:15
It's not like super, it's dense, but it's not like super dense
5:19
So I have that. And then I don't technically have to open these because you guys can't really see these
5:31
And I got two. Alright. So also from Target. And these are the things that I use all the time with the exception of that new blender
5:45
Powder puff. That's new. I'm just trying to try something different. The one that I have does have a different shape
5:53
And this is so random, but if you guys are natural, I am natural under this unit
5:59
And I love to use the Kinky Curly Knot today. I don't know if you guys can see it
6:05
I have been using this, let me see, Kinky Curly Knot today
6:10
I don't know if you guys know who Kim A Tube is
6:14
She has been on YouTube for years. I don't think she still has a channel
6:18
But she came out with like a pH balanced homemade hair conditioner
6:25
And it's mixed with, she used this Kinky Curly Knot today. Aloe Vera juice, jojoba oil, castor oil
6:40
I feel like there's one more oil in there. And you balance it out so the pH is balanced
6:46
So when you are putting it on your hair, it's going to lay your cuticles flat
6:51
So that the moisture stays in. If she's still on YouTube, you can definitely just search Kim A Tube's leave-in conditioner
6:59
And this is what I use as my base. And Aloe Vera is like the other large item
7:05
So she kind of goes through the amount of tablespoons, teaspoons that you need to put in it
7:10
But I love this, it has slippery elm in it. So if you have like forcey hair and you need something with slippery elm, this is it
7:18
The other item I started using a few months ago and I love. Because I used to use, I used to use Shea Moisture's Curl Enhancing Smoothie
7:28
But they changed something. And then I had this in my house for a while
7:35
Can you guys, I don't know. I should have had my other one
7:39
I had this in my house for a while. I had another one. And then I was like, let me try it out
7:44
Girls, this is so good. Now this is $14.99. That daggone conditioner is $13.99
7:55
$14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99. $14.99
8:24
Um, I just finished it recently. And then the other thing is this. Deodorant
8:30
I don't even know if you guys can freaking see that. Yeah
8:37
Okay. This ain't cheap. But I like it. Okay. If you have issues with like stinky arms maybe, you may need to balance out your pH, which
8:51
a lot of people don't realize that they have to do. And a good way to do that is just to dab some apple cider vinegar under there
8:59
I would recommend the one with the mother, not the cheesy one
9:03
And just dab it under there for a few days. It will balance it out if you find that your deodorant is not working for you
9:10
But I actually like this. It doesn't have any aluminum in it. It doesn't have any parabens
9:14
So, that's the other thing that I got from Target. Just something a part of my normal everyday buy
9:21
So, those are the things that I got from Target. Now, let's get into Sephora
9:26
So, what I got from Sephora that is new. And I had a sample and fell in love
9:34
I cannot wait to do a facial tonight. And I'll probably record that for you guys
9:38
Um, but this is a Rare Earth Deep Pore Cleansing Mask. I hope you guys can see
9:45
I'm going to come really, really close. Is it going to like..
9:49
Come on, man! Okay, this. Oh my gosh. This is not cheap
9:57
This is not cheap. But when I tell you, just had all of this looking so fresh
10:05
And you don't need a lot of it. I had a sample of it a few months ago
10:09
Tried it out and absolutely loved it. Kept forgetting to get it
10:13
Like I said, I got it super early yesterday. And I was like, let me pick this up
10:17
And I love this. If you're looking for a mask that's going to reduce your pores
10:22
Definitely check out the Kiehl's Rare Earth Deep Pore Cleansing Mask. Now, when you do a mask, make sure you are putting your moisture back in
10:31
Because it takes out everything from your face. And you want to make sure that you're adding that stuff back in
10:36
You don't want to have dry skin after. You don't want to wake up ashy. All that good stuff
10:40
So, check this out. I love it. On the strength of the sample that I got
10:46
And sometimes when you do get samples, I usually throw them away
10:50
But something told me to try it out. And I absolutely love it
10:54
So, this was $47. Yeah. Came up to $49.82. Which is pricey for some
11:04
They also have the clay mask. What's the other one? I think it's called Aztec Clay Mask
11:10
I have it. I just hate mixing it up. But you can use it for your hair as well
11:15
But this one, definitely give this one a try. If you're trying to level up your beauty products
11:21
We don't need a ton of stuff on our face. But definitely keeping it clean
11:25
Like super clean and stuff. I would say go for something like that
11:29
And the last thing is my new and improved face steamer
11:39
You guys already know I had the one from Vanity Planet. And that just all of a sudden, never dropped it, never did anything
11:49
When I put the water in, it seems fine. No dripping or nothing
11:55
When I turn it on, water starts coming from the bottom of the steamer
12:01
I have no idea why. At first, I thought possibly I didn't close the top all the way
12:08
I tried it a second and third time. Same thing. I have no idea
12:14
So I decided to get the Dr. Dennis Gross one. This is not the cheapest
12:20
It's $159. But I wanted to try it out. Hopefully I'll have it for a long time
12:26
I didn't have the Vanity Planet one long. So, one thing about steaming is that you don't want to over steam your face
12:33
My esthetician was like, do not over steam your face. I'm seeing girls saying that they're steaming their face twice a day
12:39
That is excessive. That's too much. So, if you don't want to pay $159, try another one
12:45
I know Amazon has a lot of dupes and stuff. Or similar ones
12:51
But let's get into this. So it's a pro... Professional. It's a pro facial steamer, sauna facial professional style
13:01
That's what they're saying. Of course it comes super fancy. I'm going to get some water just to show you guys
13:17
It's not bigger. I'm not going to say it's bigger than the other one
13:21
It is shaped different. It has this handle here which I actually really like
13:25
The water dispenser here is in the back. Which is a lot easier to pull out than the other one
13:31
It's a smaller water thing. But, just slide it back in. The on and off button
13:37
So let me grab some water and show you guys how quickly this steams up
13:41
I'm not going to put it... I'm going to put a little bit because I have a makeup
13:45
But, we shall see. And let me see on the front. It says suitable for dry..
13:51
I can't even see that. Suitable for dry location. Oh, just telling you where to put it
13:57
So let me grab some water and I'll be right back. Alright, so I did use water from my water filter
14:05
My water from my water filter. Yeah. I didn't use sink water
14:11
We have hard water in Georgia. So I really don't like to sink it
14:15
So, actually did I fill it up too much? Wait a second
14:23
Let me see. Is that the line right there? Let's plug it in
14:31
The plug is kind of over there. So hopefully it reaches. We shall see guys
14:41
Let's see. It's kind of long
14:53
Alright, so let me plug it in. Let's see how long it takes to..
15:01
Turning it on. Blue light. And let's just see how long it takes
15:09
Dr. Dennis Gross. 159 at Sephora. I hear it
15:19
I hear it. That's pretty quick. Can you guys see
15:31
I don't know if you guys can see. That's quick. I'm going to let it go to see how much steam comes out
15:41
And kind of go from there. Oh yeah. Let's turn it off
15:51
It works. We're good to go. That's it. That's all I got for this week
15:57
So this is me adding into my skincare routine. I purchased a new one
16:01
My old one broke. Everything else is things that I get on a regular basis
16:05
So it's just a part of my replenishing my beauty products. My skincare products
16:11
Not skincare. Haircare products. Oh and skincare. Because I got this. So that is it guys
16:21
A quick little haul. A quick little Sephora haul. A quick little Target haul
16:27
And me just re-upping on the things that I get on a regular basis. For my day-to-day care
16:31
Body care, skincare, and hair care. So I hope you guys enjoyed this video
16:35
A quick little haul. Nothing major. I really wanted to show you guys the steamer
16:41
If you are looking for the steamer, I will link it below at Sephora
16:47
And maybe I'll find one that is similar. There was a girl on TikTok who had one that was similar
16:51
But she said that she had it for a long time. But she preferred this one
16:55
She said she liked the handle. And there was something else she said about this part
16:59
If I can find it, I'll tell you guys exactly what she said
17:03
But this is it. And that is today's quick haul. I hope you guys enjoyed this video
