- **1/4 cup** edamame
- **1/4 cup** pickled ginger
- **Sesame seeds** and **green onions**, for garnish
### Sauce:
- **2 tablespoons** soy sauce
- **1 tablespoon** rice vinegar
- **1 teaspoon** sesame oil
- **1 teaspoon** honey
- **1 teaspoon** sriracha (optional, for heat)
