Judge hears arguments over bid to remove New York Attorney General Letitia James from Cornell 7 rape case

Attorneys for one of the students accused of the sexual assault argue that James is biased because of social media posts in which she expressed support for the alleged victim before Gov. Kathy Hochul appointed her to oversee the case.
