Greenwich man issued formal trespass notice after suspicious incident involving children in Leonard Park

News 12 spoke with Westchester County Police Thursday calling the first encounter a suspcious incident, after a Greenwich, CT man visited Leonard Park in Mount Kisco and approached children.
