Police: Bridgeport man faces charges for Norwalk fatal hit-and-run

Police say video captured from a nearby vehicle's dashboard camera showed a man crossing Van Buren Avenue in the crosswalk when he was struck by a vehicle that Edwin Francisco-Bonilla was driving.
