Mint iced tea

ln southern countries, it is customary to drink freshly brewed tea even on warm, even hot days. I also tried peppermint tea a few times, but I couldn’t get enthusiastic about it. More beads of sweat ran down my forehead and peppermint is generally too strong for me. I prefer Moroccan mint, because it’s a bit gentler and doesn’t bite.
